Once the sorting process is complete and the items are officially graded, they are posted online for purchase. If you don't want to wait for the items to be posted online, you can book an appointment to visit our factory and handpick your vintage items. You never know what treasures you might find!

If you're wondering about our shipping options, we've got you covered! We can ship out as little as one box, or as many as ten. For those who need one box, we offer individual box shipments on a daily basis weighing up to 20kg. If you prefer to handpick your items and have them shipped to your address, we also have that option. Our customers are located all over the UK, Europe, and the world. We ship pallets of vintage treasures to them, either by the customers themselves or by our skilled team who grade orders for our customers on a regular basis and have them prepared on pallets ready to ship. We offer 20ft and 40ft containers of vintage clothing for specialised customers who want seasonal mixes. We can even compile a special kilo price for the seasonal mix and containers just for you. At The VWC, we are pleased to offer our customers the option of returning goods purchased per piece for exchange, store credit, or refund, although The VWC will not cover the postage costs in any case. Please note that products purchased by the kilogram are non-refundable. The returned item must be in the same condition it was dispatched in. You have the option of exchanging the item for another product available on our online store, or receiving store credit that is equal to the value of your original purchase, excluding shipping costs. If you opt for a full refund, you must notify The VWCC Ltd within 14 days of the transaction's completion. You will be entitled to a refund from The VWCC Ltd, which will be issued as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days. If you cancel your order, you must return the goods immediately and in the same condition they were sent out in, at your own expense. Just to let you know, The VWC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during return transit, and we reserve the right to charge you for any loss or damage to the goods.

Second, secure your booking by paying a £100 deposit, which will be deducted from your final invoice. Finally, visit our warehouse to handpick your vintage clothing gems. Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
